Is your park pet friendly?

We offer limited Pet Friendly Sites and Cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Are dump points provided at caravan parks?

We provide a dump point for in house guest use.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

We are an easy 500m walk to the centre of Mannering Park, were you can pick up all your supplies.

What facilities does the town offer?

The Town of Mannering Park offers limited dining options, however Doyalson RSL Club is less than 10min away & has a variety of dining options. Mannering Park also has essentia stores including a newsagent, bakery, general store, chemist and more your convenience.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites to suit a wide range of caravans and tents.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

What size caravans and motorhomes?

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 5th wheelers as well as all sized camper trailers. However spaces for 5th wheelers can be limited so ensure you call ahead to book in advance.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

Yes. We cater for most motorhomes with limited space for 5th wheelers. Due to limited spots always call ahead to make your booking.

What size sites do you have?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites, always call the property check your rigs suitability.

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

We sure do, but make sure you book in advance!

What type of amenities do you offer?

We offer well maintained and functional amenities blocks which include bathroom and shower facilities.  We also offer laundry facilities with coin operated washing machines and dryers.

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

$4 per wash and dry cycle ($1 coin operation)

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

Unfortunately we do not offer ensuite sites.

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particulary during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What are your park opening hours?

Our office hours are 9am till 5pm daily.

Do you allow fires?

Braziers are available to hire from reception at $15 per day and subject to availability. Brazier use is at the discretion of the Park Manager and subject to completion of a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form available at reception. Guests choosing to use their own personal Brazier will need to ensure it meets minimum safety requirements and complete a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form.

Do you have BBQ facilities?


Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQ’s.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We sure do! We have a modest facility perfect for the caravan and camping lifestyle.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Absolutely, but they will need to complete a Bike Licence and have a rider’s wristband on at all times, in addition to their own helmet.

How far are you from the beach?

We are just a short 10 minutes drive to the beach!

How far are you from the river?

We are located on the shores of the beautiful Lake Macquarie, the water front reserve and jetty provides direct access to the lake.

If staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

No, we provide all linen for all beds (that includes towels!).

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

How big is the park?

Our park is approximately 3.2 hectares.

What facilities do you have for children?

We offer a lovely swimming pool, children’s playground and jumping cushion.

What is access like to the property?

We are easy to find, we have direct street access and the entry is at the front boom-gate.

Lot 28 Monterey Ave, Mannering Park NSW 2259.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

The beautiful Lake Macquarie region offers a variety of activities and places to explore and enjoy on your holiday. The jetty,boat ramp and water front reserve at the park provide easy access to the lake, where sandy outlets and secluded bays are ideal for boating, fishing and swimming. Explore Catherine Hill Bay, Caves, Blacksmiths and Redhead beaches, or take a hike at the Watagan Mountain National Park. The area also offers activities such as horse riding, sailing and yacht charters and the Australian Reptile Park.

Do you have internet access?

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the park for the first 24hrs. Extra hours available for an additional fee.

Do you have a shop onsite?

We don’t have a shop onsite but you will able to pick up all of your supplies with a quick trip into town.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We don’t have a restaurant onsite but we are close enough to town where you will find a variety of dining options.

Do you have a kiosk onsite?

We do not have a kiosk onsite, best to grab all your supplies at the shops!

What time is check-in?

We offer staggered check in times. 11am for powered sites, cabins from 2pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10am unless arranged prior.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so as we can arrange your access!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending upon the time of year you book and rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of your reservation or check on the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

Do you have annual vans?

We have annual vans onsite; from time to time these become available for sale, send us an email if you’re looking and we can tell you if any are available!

Do you offer permanent housing?

We do offer limited permanent housing, please contact reception for any availabilities.

Do you have a pool?

We sure do! It wouldn’t be a holiday park without a pool!

Do you have a jumping Cushion?

Of course we do! There is no better way to play than by bouncing!

What is your late check-in procedure?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact during office hours to arrange entry.

What if I need assistance out of hours?

Our afterhour’s assistance phone number is displayed on the reception door. If there is an emergency please call 000.

Is there onsite management or caretaker?

We have a caretaker onsite who is happy to help should you require emergency assistance after hours.
