About Cairns Coconut

Pet policy

Book direct or online sites Cabins direct only

All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception upon arrival

Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately

For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or Park facilities under any circumstances

Pets are only permitted inside our designated pet friendly cabins

Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan

Pets may only be walked on Park roadways

Dogs are not permitted to swim in any Ingenia Holiday Park pool, wet playground or lagoon

Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees

One pet per booking – prior arrangements need to be made for additional pets

All decisions regarding pets are at managers discretion

The guest shall be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused by pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred as a result of damage or injury caused.

The guest accepts full responsibility and indemnifies the Park Manager/owner for any claims by or injuries to third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).

The guest must promptly notify the Park Manager of any change to the above information.

The guest must read and agreed to the terms of the Pet Policy

The guest agree and to abide by the Pet Policy and that the Park Manager agrees to permit the guest to keep the pet(s) described in this agreement in accordance with the Pet Policy. If pets are staying in cabins charges may apply.

About Cairns Coconut

Sure, World Heritage-listed icons might lure you out of the park’s surrounds but you can expect to walk away with holiday memories of what’s inside the park’s gates too; between the two swimming pools, slides, splash park and pedal cars.

If timing your visit for school holidays, be sure to call ahead to find out what activities are planned in-park – so parents can have some well earnt downtime and kids can burn off energy.

Terms and conditions

First night is payable at the time of booking, special periods including but not limited to Christmas and Easter may require additional deposits. These will be communicated separately if applicable. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50). If notice of your cancellation is received within 48 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay. If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Dining at The Palm

Located at Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut, The Palm has an extensive takeaway menu, as well as a selection of both hot and cold freshly prepared items available from the cabinet.

The neighbouring sports bar is also open until late for main events.

There is an outdoor dining area available all day for guest use, adjacent to The Palm. Catering menu is available upon request.
