Is your park pet friendly?

We offer Pet Friendly Sites and Cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Where are you located?

We are located at 217 Commercial Road in Vineyard, NSW

What are your park opening hours?

Our reception is open 9am-5pm 7 days

What time is check-in?

You can check-in anytime from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am unless arranged prior.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access!

What is your late check-in procedure?

Please contact us during office hours to arrange an after-hours check-in.

How big is the park?

Our park is 13 hectares.

How close is the park to the town centre?

We are a short 10 minute drive to both Rouse Hill Shopping Centre and the Windsor shops.

What facilities does the town offer?

There is a shopping mall with a large range of shops, including a supermarket and a cinema. There is also a selection of restaurants and cafes nearby.

What is access to the property like?

We are easy to find! There is direct street access to the park, with entry at the boom gates. We are less than 1km from Windsor Road.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a range of accommodation options, from budget through to three bedroom villas.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won’t need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites to suit a wide range of caravans and tents.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have sites to suit a range of caravans and motorhomes. We can accommodate anything up to 24ft, and even 5th wheelers. Please call the park directly to check your rig’s suitability.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

Yes. Please call our friendly staff directly to discuss your requirements.

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

Yes, but be sure to book in advance.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping sites?

We have a variety of ensuite sites available.

Are dump points provided at your caravan park?

We provide a dump point for use by in-house guest use.

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have an amenities block with male/female toilets and showers. An accessible bathroom is also available.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, we have both washing machines and dryers available.

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

Our machines cost $5 per load for both the washing machines and the dryers.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

We sure do! We have BBQ facilities near the swimming pool and in the camp kitchen area.

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQs.

Do you have a camp kitchen?


Do you have a shop on site?

We have a small kiosk on site where you can purchase a limited amount of supplies.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on site at this time.

Do you have internet access?

We provide unlimited WiFi.

What facilities do you have?

We have a swimming pool and kids playground, jump pad, BBQ area, camp kitchen and a games room.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooters, ripsticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Bike Licence and have a riders wristband on at all times.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

The park is close to the Hawkesbury River and a short drive to the Wisemans Ferry. There are great golf courses in the area and it is only a short drive to entertainment in both Rouse Hill and Penrith.

How far are you from the beach?

It is a bit of a drive – we are about an hour from both Bondi and Manly.

Do you have a pool?


Do you have a jumping cushion?

We have a jump pad, in addition to our other great facilities.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals on holidays during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

This may vary depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. It is best to check your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

Is there a staff member on-site after hours?

We have a staff member who lives on-site, should you require emergency assistance after-hours.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! Don’t be afraid to have a chat with one of our friendly team or our park manager if you have any issues. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know so we can look into it straight away!

We do not offer annual holiday rentals.

What is the games room operating times?

The games room will be open from 9am-5pm daily
